New Interviews on Life Conversations
Welcome to Life Conversations
Brad Walton
This site has been established to honor your story!
In my over 35 years as a broadcaster, nothing has been more powerful or dynamic than the personal stories of so many wonderful generous listeners willing to be authentic and vulnerable articulating the life changing transformational moments of their lives.
Our stories have a deeper and more profound significance. Each story has its particulars unique to us and yet universal to the greater human community. They are to be honored and shared in the story.
These life changing moments, find their deepest purpose and greatest redemption when they are spoken in the gift of the deeper conversation. Our stories are always in process and ever changing.
Life Conversations is the gathering place for that healing conversation - a place to honor your story and its lesson for all of us. There is nothing more powerful in our human experience and community than the gift of shared story, especially those born from the more unthinkable times and moments of our journey.
There comes a time when we are ready to share our story. We know when we are ready; when that time is right.
But where is that safe place to speak and let our heart come forth?
There is a tenderness and vulnerability that accompanies your story. It is that listening ear and heart that becomes the safe place to share that more intimate conversation where its depth and breadth can be expressed and honored safely and freely.
It is not often or sometimes ever when we have a genuine ear to hear or a place of grace where our speaking and our stories find their deeper value and can be detailed with the wider human community; a place where it can be archived with your voice and feeling in a way where it is convenient for others to hear anywhere at any time.
When you are ready, LIFE CONVERSATIONS is the place to share your story and the moments that have changed you and have become such a deep part of you.
Only your first name will be used in the conversation. All personal data is private and will not be displayed.
I look forward to your email and later that special healing conversation with you to honor your story and its greater value and significance for each of us to hear and embrace!
Grateful for your sharing,

Solitude: Seeking Wisdom in Extremes
In 2001 Bob traveled to a remote uninhabited island on the rainy, wind-swept coast of southern Chile. More than one hundred miles from other people, I built a shelter and lived alone for a year to explore the physical, emotional and spiritual effects of deep wilderness solitude. Here, through words, photographs, and videos, you can experience what it's like to live alone in the wilderness.
Waking: A Memoir of Trauma and Transcendence
Matthew Sanford's life and body were irrevocably changed at age 13 when his family's car skidded off a snowy Iowa overpass, killing Matt's father and sister and leaving him paralyzed from the chest down. This pivotal event set Matt on a lifelong journey, from his intensive care experiences at the Mayo Clinic to becoming a paralyzed yoga teacher and founder of a nonprofit organization.
Marc Alan Lee
As most of you are aware, since my son's death, I have volunteered full-time traveling and speaking out in support of our troops, telling Marc's heroic actions the day he died and helping families of our fallen and wounded warriors.
Fighting Back: Living Life Beyond Ourselves
In FIGHTING BACK, Deena Burnett (widow of Flight 93 hero Tom Burnett) tells the story of how she fought back to find purpose and joy in her life again, after her husband was killed on that fateful day. Her story demonstrates how each of us can move forward through the hardships of life and can have a positive impact on others through the belief that, at some point in our lives, we are all called on to be heroes.
